We want the reason for a product decision to stay with the work.

We build Outcomet to help product teams decide what to work on next, with the customer feedback and reasoning behind that choice still in view.

Andy Görnt

I'm Andy Görnt.

I'm based in Karlsruhe, Germany. I studied computer science and started as a developer. Since then, I've worked as a Product Owner, Head of Product and CPO, leading product teams across several companies.

I've written the tickets myself and been responsible for deciding which work belongs on the roadmap. Outcomet comes from that experience.

My product map used to be on a wall.

When I went to customer interviews, I took notes by hand. What people said, where they struggled, what they needed to get done.

Back at the office, I used those notes to build a user story map on the wall next to my team. I also used Jira. The tickets were often small reminders pointing back to that map.

That is something I want to keep in Outcomet: being able to look at a piece of work and find the customer problem behind it. And when someone asks why it matters, having somewhere to start the conversation.

Syed Mujtaba Ishaq

I'm Syed Mujtaba Ishaq.

I'm based in Berlin, Germany. I've built B2B SaaS and enterprise sales from zero three times and led business development and partnerships across tech companies.

Andy and I worked together before we teamed up as co-founders on Outcomet. I lead our sales and customer conversations, working with teams from the first call onwards.

What customers told me used to stay in the CRM.

In sales and customer success, you talk to buyers and users every day. You hear first-hand where their workflow breaks, why they hesitate, and what they actually need to get done.

In most companies I worked at, product rarely sat in those calls. My notes ended up in CRM fields or chat threads, and the real problem behind a customer request got lost in the handoff between teams.

That is why Outcomet matters from my side of the table: connecting the people who talk to customers every day with the people deciding what gets built next, without losing the context in between.
